Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Completed digital services, website development, and software solutions are generally non-refundable.

If a service is not delivered as agreed, customers may request a review. Tech On Global will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund where appropriate.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of service delivery.
