Payment Policy

A deposit may be required before work begins on any project.

Final payment must be made before project handover and delivery of final files.

Monthly services such as cybersecurity and maintenance must be paid in advance each month.

We accept payments via EFT, PayFast, and other agreed payment methods.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
